Lemongrass Green Tea

What you need:

2 teaspoons green tea (sencha)
1/4 cup lemongrass, cut and dried
Optional:
2-4 dried rosehips
1/2-1 teaspoon dried peppermint (or mint of tour choice)
1/4-1/3 cup raw sugar

What you do:

1. Measure out Sencha, lemongrass, plus other optional ingredients and add to tea ball in 1 quart container or bottom of French press.
2. Boil water and let rest 2 minutes, then pour over tea ball or into french press. (If using sugar in press, stir well before adding plunger)
3. Enjoy hot or iced. For quick iced tea, reduce water by 1 1/2 cups and let steep for 15-30 minutes then serve over ice.
Source of recipe: Came up with this while trying to duplicate a discontinued tea I liked.
