Limey Uberhummus

What you need: 

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1-1/2 tablespoon lime juice
1-1/2 tablespoon tahini
2 large cloves garlic
2 slices of onion
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon (yep) black pepper

What you do: 

The chickpeas blend more easily if you blend them WITH the other wet ingredients, so throw it all together and give it a whirl...
I LOVE this hummus - the lime juice is a great variation, and the black pepper doesn't overpower the dip at all...
