Liquid Yoga Smoothie
1 Banana - frozen
6 oz. Soy milk
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or vegan substitute - coconut milk ice cream works well
1 tablespoon Chai latte powder
Insert ingredients into blender. Blend for approximately 30 seconds. Pour. Enjoy.
