Living Green and Purple Smoothie

What you need: 

1/2 cup sprouted organic almonds
1 frozen package of pure acai (I suggest sambazon)
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
3-4 stalks of black kale washed and destemmed
1 very ripe banana (spotted with brown, or totally brown is preferrable)
2 heaping tablespoons ground flax seeds (i suggest bob's red mill)
1/4 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon organic goji berries (optional)

What you do: 

1. Put everything by the goji berries into your blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Top with goji berries and enjoy!
