Load-It-All-into-the-Blender Pumpkin Pie!

What you need: 

1 (16-ounce) can of pumpkin
1 (12-ounce) package regular firm tofu
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 tablespoons molasses
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 unbaked 9" pie crust

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Except for pie shell, put all ingredients into blender or food processor. Mix until completely smooth.
3. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake for 90 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pie comes out clean. ~Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I made an account after using this website for a while happily without one just so i could post about how perfect this recipe was. I couldn't believe no one else had commented yet, especially since a search for "pumpkin pie" only yields this recipe and one other on the first page. well this recipe is perfect. i made old-fashioned pie for my family and this pie for me, and everyone liked this pie better!
