These guys were great! but im going to do a couple things differently next time. im going to ad more bread crumbs to soak up all the juice, and add some vegan parmesan on top for extra flavor.

I added fresh basil and fresh oregano. Tastes perfect with the red wine and cream cheese.

These were great. I added about a 1/2 cup frozen (then thawed) spinach and decreased the cream cheeze. Everyone loved them. I will certainly keep these recipe as a quick and easy, yet special app.

These turned out SO GOOD!!  The only adjustment I made was I added on link of italian vegan sausage to the stuffing mixture.  I served these at Christmas and everyone kept asking for more and asking what was in them.  I was proud to announce they were completely vegan!  I'm not the greatest cook and I was so pleasantly surprised how great these were!  :>

Just made these for dinner. Awsome! I used store bought bread crumbs instead of making my own. I added fresh basil and fresh oregano. Tastes perfect with the red wine and cream cheese.

These were really tasty & really simple to make.  I made hors d'oeuvre versions with button mushrooms.  Even the meat eaters liked them.
