Low-Cal Banana Chocolate Pudding
1 frozen banana
1 (12-ounce) container soft tofu (preferably silken)
1/4 to1/3 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened low-fat (I use almond milk)
3 dates, chopped
1-1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Using a high-powered blender, blend all of the ingredients together. Dish out into small bowls and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Enjoy
