Low-Fat Chocolate Gingerbread Pudding

What you need:

2 bananas
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
2 tablespoons carob or cocoa powder
2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon almond, peanut or sunflower seed butter
1 teaspoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 small piece fresh ginger, grated (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)

What you do:

1. Put the bananas in a food processor or blender, and puree until smooth. You can also mash them with a fork or potato masher if you don't have a blender.
2. Add the water and flax, and blend again.
3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until everything is combined.
4. If you want, you can chill the pudding before serving. Top it off with some sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, coconut or whatever else you like.
