Mac-UN-Cheese

What you need: 

1lb (16oz) pasta (I like to use shells but any pasta will work.)
2 cups vanilla soy milk
2 tablespoons vegan butter- I use earth balance
2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
1 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground sage* optional
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

What you do: 

Cook pasta and drain. In a large bowl, combine pasta and all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
