"Magic Shell" Mango

What you need: 

1 ripe mango, chilled
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder

What you do: 

1) If coconut oil is solid, heat just until it becomes liquid (not hot).
2) Whisk oil and cocoa powder together and drizzle over chilled sliced mango. The chocolate/coconut mixture hardens like "magic shell" ice cream topping!
