Mexican Bean Hot Dip

What you need: 

1 bunches green onions, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of vegan butter
1 - 14 ounce can vegan refried beans
1/2 cup onions
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
8 ounces vegan cream cheese
1/2 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes
1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded

What you do: 

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2) Saute onions, garlic and tomatoes. In a small bowl, mix refried beans and vegan butter. Add the taco seasoning and stirwell. Mix in the green onions and greenbell peppers. Add vegan cream cheese heat through until completely melted. Add nutritional yeast.
3) Pour into oven safe dish, top with vegan cheese and cook for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Taco Seasoning Mix 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin 1/2 teaspoons turmeric 1 teaspoon cornstarch/arrowroot powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon vegan sugar
1) In a small bowl, mix together everything. Store in an airtight container.
