Minimalistikies

What you need: 

1 Japanese daikon radish, sliced thinly
maple syrup (I use organic grade A), to taste

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put maple syrup in a bowl.
2. Soak radish circles (a few at a time) in maple syrup, and place them in a cookie sheet.
3. Put cookie sheet in the oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I really had no idea what to do with the daikon I got from my farmer, and I turned to this recipe because it was very simple. It was very tasty and so easy to prepare. I left it in the oven longer, until it was more crispy.
