Mountain Mama Muesli

What you need: 

5 cups organic oatmeal
2 1/2 cups organic rye flakes
2 1/2 cups organic wheat flakes
1 cup organic raisins
1 cup organic dried apples, diced
1/2 cup sucanat sugar
1/2 cup sliced almonds (raw)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (raw)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (raw)

What you do: 

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Store in air tight container (like a big tupperware container or canister). Before bed, mix one cup of cereal with 1 cup of soy milk or yogurt and place in refrigerator overnight. The next morning, top cereal with your favorite fruit and enjoy.
