My Favorite Smoothie

What you need:

1 handful of frozen blackberries (about 5 to 7)
1/4 orange (or 5 kumquats)
1 kiwi
1 plum
1 banana
about 15 grapes (I use a mixture of red and green)
about a cup of Northland Cranberry Blend juice (they have cranberry, cranberry
raspberry, and cranberry blueberry)

What you do:

Peel and break the banana into pieces. Seed and peel the plum.. cut into pieces.
Add the grapes, banana, plum, and blackberries to a blender. Squeeze the juice from the orange [or kumquats] into the blender. Cut the kiwi into quarters, and squeeze the juice into the blender. Its ok if some seeds come out.. kiwi seeds are healthy.
Pour in the cranberry juice and mix well. I prefer the cranberry blueberry blend.
I don't like cranberry juice at all, but I had a urinary track infection, and my doctor suggested cranberry juice to make it better. She also said to use Northland brand b/c they offer 100% juice, with 27% cranberry juice, better than any other brand. I love this smoothie b/c its healthy.. and tastes so yummy!
PLEASE NOTE:: I never actually count my grapes or actually measure anything.. I just throw these things in.. so, your smoothie may taste a bit different.
