My Vegan Patty Stacks Recipe

What you need: 

2 veggie burger patties
1 jar roasted red peppers in olive oil
roasted garlic cloves
1 box frozen spinach
sun dried tomato basil vinaigrette dressing

What you do: 

Fry patties on top of stove in fry pan in a little Pam olive oil spray until done; set aside and keep warm.
Do the same with the red peppers and garlic cloves.
Nuke the spinach in microwave until done.
Now make your stacks:
put a veggie patty on a plate
next add the red pepper
now add spinach leaves
top with the second veggie patty
Drizzle with the sun dried tomato basil vinaigrette.
Enjoy!
