My Word These Are So Good Trail Mix Cookies

What you need: 

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon of each: cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
1/4 cup agave syrup
1/4 cup molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup of each: dried cranberries and crushed pralines
3/4 cup of each: vegan butterscotch chips and crushed pretzels
3 cups granola

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the dry ingredients together, and one at a time, mix the wet ingredients, mixing well after each one. Add the cranberries, pralines, butterscotch chips, crushed pretzels and granola at the end. Mix well. Shape into balls and flatten on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cook for 8-12 minutes.
