Naturally Beautiful Pasta
1 pound of pasta (I use angel hair) it doesn’t matter what kind
1/2 to 1 pint of cherry-grape- or plum tomatoes
2 handfuls of spinach
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Cook your pasta for about 9-12 minutes.
While it is cooking, set your stovetop to slightly above medium heat and add the olive oil and tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes until they start to pop.
After the "popping process", add spinach and cook until it is wilted. Add the garlic last and let it cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and you’re basically done.
You can add some fresh basil or parsley for color-flavor. I like to sprinkle mine with flax seeds which sort of reminds me of parmesan cheese. ENJOY!!! *It smells extremely good while cooking*
