Not as Weird as it Sounds Cheese and Oatmeal-Oni

What you need: 

quick oats
nutritional yeast
soy milk
water
garlic (optional)
soy cheese (optional)
oregano (optional)

What you do: 

This was made up by me when I had no noodles or pasta, so i played around, and really it's not THAT weird..
Poor oats into microwavable container, add water and soy milk (or just one of them, up to you), add in as much nutritional yeast as wanted, garlic, and soy cheese.
Now...microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, mix, let sit and add spices/herbs.
mmm enjoy?!~

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I used to always make this, only I would do it over the stove.
I liked adding a dollop of miso paste to it, as well.
Cooking it over the stove and stirring it repeatedly made it extra creamydelicious!

I recently made oatmeal using rice milk and instant coffee, and it was really good, so I believe any unique oat recipe has potential to be great!

hehe sounds like it could be a poor mans quick vegan haggis variation, maybe you hit on something here  ;D
