Nutty Mango Milkshake

What you need: 

1 mango, peeled and cut up
2 oranges, peeled or 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup shelled raw hemp seeds
2 tablespoons raw cashews
2 1/2 cups cold water and ice
2 tablespoons whole flax seeds
3 tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

What you do: 

1) Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and mix on high speed for about 1 minute or until thick and slightly frothy.
If you do not have a high-powered blender: Use a spice grinder or food processor to grind hemp seeds, flax seeds, and cashews until they begin to form a creamy paste. Place seed/nut paste and remaining ingredients into blender. Blend on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until all ingredients are well mixed and ice is completely pulverized.
