SO HOW'D IT GO?

I'm a sucker for anything without flour and processed sugar so these caught my eye.  But much to my dissapointment not very cookie like (they made excellent breakfeast bars).  So I added a few modifications to not compromise the premise of a cookie from the ground and give more cookie love.
First no figs.  It is a pain to chop dried figs, makes it very sweet, and the fig taste is confusing in a oatmeal rasin cookie (hence energy bar like taste).  Mash the banana, add coarsely chopped nuts, mix in a cup of raisins.  Then in a food processor or blender, blend 1/2cup or soy milk with 1 cup of oats until it resembles a thick pancake like batter.  Add the oats to the banana mixture and add 1 cup of whole rolled oats.  Also mix in a tablespoon of maple syrup or natural sweetner of choice (makes up for the no figs a bit, the taste is less sweets).  Last add a tablespoon of pumpkin or apple pie spice (nutmeg, clove, cinnamon).  Cook for 350 'F for about 15 minutes check on them around 10 minutes.

Still extemely healthy (For a cookie), sweet, and put together like a cookie.
