One Minute Peanut Tofu Snack

What you need: 

1/4 block regular firm tofu or however much you like!
1/4 cup peanut sauce (1/4 cup) also works fine with other amounts

What you do: 

Remove tofu from package and lightly press to get rid of some liquid, then dice about 1/4 of the block into small pieces. Dump tofu cubes into a bowl and pour about 1/4 cup of peanut sauce in and mix away. Once all the tofu has been coated you are done!
This can be eaten cold or microwaved (the goal is a quick snack). Even though the tofu does not marinate, it still tastes like peanut sauce and not that nothing-tofu flavour.
SO fast and SO easy, also pretty tasty and a decent protein source. I recommend using the whole block of tofu and saving extras to toss on top of a salad, in a pita, what have you.
