2 cups orange juice
4 tablespoons sugar
Bring orange juice and sugar to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and let boil (stirring once every 10 minutes) for an hour or until syrupy. Let cool and refrigerate. Use this syrup as you would maple syrup (e.g. top pancakes, French toast, waffles, or drizzle over vanilla or chocolate cake).
