Panaffles

What you need: 

1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon of salt
1 cup of soymilk
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

What you do: 

Combine all but the soymilk and veggie oil in a large bowl until well mixed.
Then put in soymilk and oil and beat together until the batter is smooth.
Place batter in measuring cup and pour onto pan.
