Pasta with Mushrooms

What you need: 

14 ounces lasagnette pasta
18 ounces mushrooms
1 ounce vegan margarine
2 tablespoons olive oil
black pepper and salt, to taste

What you do: 

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Saute mushrooms in margarine, oil, black pepper and salt.
3. Toss with cooked pasta.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I saute 'shroom with red chilli, garlic, lemon juice and marg, then throw in freshly chopped parsley and mint - fantastic with pasta and couscous

this was so simple, yet so delicious! I am a huge mushroom fan. I used mushrooms called "Enoki mushrooms." they're from Japan, I think so it had a very asian taste! haha. SO I sprinkled some soy sauce and seaweed on top! :) Thanks so much. I will experiment with other mushrooms.
