1 (16 ounce) package of spaghetti
1/4 cup Earth Balance (or your choice of margarine)
4 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 (8 ounce) package) fresh sliced mushrooms
1 chopped onion
italian seasonings, salt, pepper and whatever else you choose to add to taste.
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain but do not rinse. While spaghetti is boiling melt Earth Balance in large skillet over medium heat. Saute mushrooms, garlic and, and onions until tenter. Tos with cooked spaghetti. Season. Yum Yum. Easy.
