Peanut Butter and Cucumber sandwich

What you need:

2 slices bread
3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter, as desired
1 cucumber
Salt (optional)

What you do:

This is a simple recipe, probably the simplest I know. I was surprised I could not find it in the list (or dis I miss something).
1) Put peanut butter on both slices of bread. Cut ultra thin slices of cucumber (or a little thicker if you can't slice that thin) and put them on one of the peanut buttered slices in a way it completely covers the peanut butter. Sprinkle some salt on the cucumber, if you want. Put the other slice of bread on (peanut buttered side down). Divide in two and eat.
If you like it, you can also put a little sambal (Indonesian red chili pepper sauce) on the peanut butter, before you cover it with cucumber. In that case, leave out the salt.
Source of recipe: It comes from my youth. My mum found it in a magazine, and we simplified it. It had a lot more ingredients in the magazine.
