Peanut Butter Banana Protein "Milk" Shake

What you need: 

1 cup frozen banana slices
1 cup soy or almond milk
1 heaping tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla (optional)

What you do: 

This really fills you up and is great post-work out. The bananas give it the consistency of ice cream without being ice cream!
1) Add all ingredients into the blender and blend on highest setting. You may need to add more or less nondairy milk to get the desired thick/thinness. I like mine thick. Pour and enjoy!
