Peanut Butter Broccoli

What you need:

1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional
1 stalk broccoli, chopped
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup or other gooey sweetener

What you do:

1. Put the oil in a pan over medium high heat. When oil is hot, toss in sesame seeds (if desired), toast, and then add the broccoli pieces. Stir frequently.
2. Mix the peanut butter and the maple syrup (or whatever you would like to use). Spoon onto the broccoli in pan, and stir.
3. When the mixture starts to turn darker brown remove and serve.

Preparation Time:
15-20 minutes

I just made this recipe tonight.  I found it a bit too sweet so I added some sriracha sauce and a bit of sesame oil to give it some additional spice.  It was fantastic. Quick and delicious, highly recommended!

This was a little one dimensional as far as taste went, so I added a little sesame chili oil and braggs.  Maybe a little vinegar would balance out the sweetness?  But it was good, I just like more levels of taste.
