Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

What you need:

3 cups soy milk
2 1/2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 bananas
1 1/2-2 cups of peanut butter
a few ice cubes

What you do:

Throw it all into a blender and think you are in HEAVEN.
Not to mention its actually good for you!
You can pretty much eyeball the measurements if you want to make less/more. I typically like more peanut butter than the average Joe, too.
You can use chocolate soy milk in place of the two separately also.

Preparation Time:
two minutes
Cooking Time:
Servings:
2-3
Recipe Category:

SO HOW'D IT GO?

"Not to mention its actually good for you!"
:o
No offense, but drinking half a jar of peanut butter is not good for you.

I've been making similar PB, banana, chocolate smoothies for a long time...

The way I make them is:

1 1/2 cups soy milk, 1/2-1 pkg silken soft tofu, 1/4 cup(4 tbs) peanut butter, and about 3-4 tbs chocolate syrup.

I put silken tofu in nearly any smoothie I make, love the thickness and the added nutrition of it... really is more like a shake this way.

Not to mention how many calories that must be! There are 200 calories in 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. So 2 cups?! Wow.  ???

Seriously, 2 cups of peanut butter? I'm all for peanut butter and all, but that's an entire jar in some cases! :P So, is that a typo, or a real peanut butter fetish? :P

Not too bad.  I think I had too much peanut butter, though.  I used two cups of peanut butter.  I also used 3 bananas because they were really small.  Next time I will reduce the peanut butter and bananas.
