New favorite frosting!! My boyfriend is in love with it he asked me to make it just so he could eat it with a spoon!

Delicious! I had never thought of it before. I omitted the milk as it was soft enough already...I think I may add cocoa to half the mixture for variety :D. I am using it on chocolate chip cupcakes which are baking now and taking them to a family bbq tomorrow

i've been making a similar recipe, except i use natural almond butter instead of peanut. you can add a splash of maple syrup, and it has a kind of pralin taste that is to die for. (if you add maple syrup, don't add soy milk, otherwise it would be too runny)

This is so rich and delicious. I've been dipping my fingers in it repeatedly and my chocolate cake's not even out of the oven yet! The splash of vanilla is a good idea.

Sooo good.  I didn't add as much powdered sugar, but thought it was still awesome.  I'd even put it in my oatmeal!
