Peanut Butter Frosting

What you need: 

1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
1/2 cup vegan margarine (I use Earth Balance)
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons nondairy milk (I use soy)

What you do: 

Beat together all ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
Great served on a chocolate cake or cupcakes, for filling cookies, or just to eat when you’re feeling sorry for yourself.

Amazing! I left out half the sugar and it was just the perfect texture, amount of sweet and peanuty goodness :)

I put this on my chocolate cake and my mother tried to take the whole cake home with her. Lol

This frosting is AWESOME!  I wanted to make it sugar free so instead of sugar I used 1 TBSP of agave.  It was still amazing!  Thanks for the recipe :)

The consistency for my frosting didn't turn out so well. I seemed more like actual peanut butter than frosting. I followed the recipe exactly. If anyone has any input, that would be great because I love peanut butter!! A great peanut butter frosting would be awesome!

;)b I followed the recipe exactly and it was pretty good. The only thing I did extra was add about 1/4 cup of extra peanut butter to the mix because without it I tasted to much margarine. It's great!

Being a peanut butter junkie myself, I really enjoyed this!
The only thing I would recommend is using unsweetened peanut butter as it can be a little over sweet :-* *puckers*

Really great frosting, I did as other people suggested and cut the powdered sugar way down.
