Peanut Butter Nuggets

What you need: 

2/3 cup crushed vegan cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup finely shredded coconut
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons agave nectar (or maple syrup)

What you do: 

Mix 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes, coconut, peanut butter and agave together.
Shape into small balls and roll them in the remaining cornflakes. These cookies can be put in the fridge to firm up. They also freeze well.
