Peanut Rice Noodles For Lazies

What you need: 

quick-cook rice stick noodles (enough for one)
boiling water
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vegetarian oyster sauce
juice o' one lime
half a head o' broccoli
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

What you do: 

Put the rice noodles in a pot with the boiling water. In another pot, steam the broccoli until just tender.
Here's the lazy part! In your noodle serving bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until smooth.
When your noodles and broccoli are cooked, drain them and toss with the sauce. Add pepper to taste. Yum!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Great recipe! I didn't have the veg. oyster sauce, but it turned out delicious without it.
