Perfect Ranch Dressing

What you need:

1 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
2-3 tablespoons nondairy milk (I use Soy Milk)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

What you do:

1. Combine all ingredients together.
2. Let it thicken in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Source of recipe: I tried several different ranch dressing recipes until I finally came up with this one, based on my knowledge of key ingredients from the other recipes I had tried to make.

This stuff is AMAZING. I don't know about how it compares to the dairy-based stuff, but this recipe is so good, it's replaced all my other dressings. It's the only one I use now!

Mmm, I used fresh parsley and fresh pressed garlic and it is soo good. The Remedy Diner here in Raleigh makes really great ranch like this and now I have a go-to recipe for the times I can't get downtown.

This was awesome! I haven't had real ranch in years, so I was not sure how it compared, but DH confirmed it tasted just like the "real" thing.
I also didn't let it thicken in the fridge and it was perfectly fine. If you are in a hurry, just whip it up and use it!

Wow! I was so skeptical about vegan ranch, but this is delicious! I've had to make it twice already in just two days, my boyfriend is scarfing it down! hehe I used the 2 T of milk for a more dip-like consistency and used the 3 T for a salad dressing. We are done buying store ranch hooray!  :)>>>

This was AMAZING! :D seriously sosososososo good! And easy! I am going to tell all my facebookfriends about it. Even non vegans should make this, they could use dairy if they wanted but at least there wouldn't be all the crappy additives. Thank you so much! This is a ranch dressing I can feel good about giving my daughter. Thanks again!

My toddler wants ranch on everything and All the store bought ones have msg and other crap. I am so going to try this! A lot of other vegan ones are difficult and have tons of ingredients, so I cant wait to make this it looks so easy and good! How long do you think this would last in the refrigerator?
Thanks for the recipe!

This recipe is seriously the perfect ranch and it is so easy!  I make it in like 5 minutes!  Also since a lot of the ingredients are dry it's easier to have them on hand all of the time.  I've kept mine for 7-10 days before.  You may be able to keep it longer in a tightly sealed jar.  I would think the vinegar would preserved it a bit more than if it didn't have it too.  Let me know what you think!  Thanks!
