Pisto with sausages

What you need: 

1/2 Aubergine

1/2 red pepper

1/2 zucchini

3 vegan sausages

1 onion  

Garlic powder

Can of tomato sauce

Bit of water

Oregano

Thyme

Salt

Olive oil

What you do: 

Peel onion and wash other veggies

Chop veggies and sausages

Start by frying pepper, then onion, then zucchini, aubergine and sausages

When all the veggies are cooked add the tomato, garlic, salt, thyme and oregano and reduce heat

Let it cook for 3 minutes approx 

I used it to make burritos and as a side too
