Pita with Avocado and Broccoli Slaw

What you need: 

4 pitas
1 package broccoli slaw
1 avocado
1/2 an onion, sliced thin
1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
4 veggie cheese slices {opt]
2 limes
vegan ranch dressing
cumin, powdered
any other veggies you think would be good. I just used what was on hand.

What you do: 

Toast pitas whole in oven.
While they are toasting, slice veggies.
Spread some avocado on each pita. Add cheese and veggies according to taste. Sprinkle some cumin on each pita then squeeze on lots of lime juice.
Drizzle on the ranch dressing.
The broccoli slaw makes a wonderful addition in place of lettuce and is also better for you. My kids enjoy this very much. I usually let them fill the pita themselves.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Just wanted mention We use the pita like a tortilla that way you can get more stuff on them with out the pita falling apart.
