Pita Cheese Sandwich

What you need: 

1 pita pocket bread
two slices vegan soy cheese
1 tsp to 1 tablespoon soy vegan mayonnaise (I like Nasoyas Nayonaise)

What you do: 

Spread the Nayonaise in the pita pocket and place two sliced of soy vegan cheese inside. Turn oven to broil HI. Place pita with fillings on an oven-safe plate and bake for 1-2 minutes or until vegan cheese is melted. Enjoy! Beware- its hot!
This is a GREAT alternative to grilled vegan cheese.
