Potato Gravy for Chapathi/naan

What you need: 

3-4 med potatoes
1 lg. onion
2-3 med. tomatoes
3-4 small or 2 big green chilies
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon jeera (Fenugreek seeds)
salt to taste
3-4 tablespoon oil
Water (about 400 ml)
Coriander leaves (Chinese parsley)

What you do: 

Dice the potatoes into small pieces and boil. Heat oil in a wok/pan and add jeera. Once the jeera stop crackling, add finely cut onions and green chilies. Fry well, then add diced tomatoes, turmeric and red chili powder. Fry well. Add water (1 cup first), salt and boiled potatoes. Simmer till the gravy becomes thicker and add water if necessary to achieve right consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves and Enjoy !!
