Potato Veggie Salad

What you need: 

8-10 red potatoes
1/2 bag frozen peas or fresh
1/2 bag frozen corn or fresh
1/2 head of broccoli
naise non-dairy vegan mayonnaise
spike seasoning -to taste
small amount of garlic granuales with parsley
herbs de providence- to
taste

What you do: 

Dice and steam potatoes.
Steam rest of veggies and add to potatoes.
Stir in vegannaise and add seasonings.
Serve warm
Get creative: add onions, olives, carrots. you get the idea!
