Procrastinator Bean Dip

What you need:

1 cup kidney beans
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon spicy mustard (or 2 teaspoons mustard + 1 teaspoon horseradish)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons water

What you do:

1. Put everything in a blender and pulse on a low setting to break up beans and combine.
2. Pulse on higher setting until you get the consistency you want.
Scoop it out and enjoy. It's a little bit like hummus; I like it on my carrots!
Source of recipe: Because applying to college is at the top of my to-do list, I put it off and made this dip instead. It's really good, really healthy, and dirt-easy to make. Priorities are for squares. Bean dip is delicious.
