Pseudo-Asian Broccoli Stirfry

What you need:

2 stalks broccoli
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
handful of salted nuts (peanuts, cashews, etc.)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce (I used Tamari)
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
2 teaspoons 807]cornstarch

What you do:

Heat the sesame oil in a medium-sized frying pan or wok. Add the broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces, and fry for about 2 minutes.
In a small cup or bowl, combine all other ingredients, except cornstarch. Add to pan, fry for about 5 minutes or until broccoli is desired tenderness, adding cornstarch to thicken sauce.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
