SO HOW'D IT GO?

i have this in the oven now. it only makes 1 loaf, not two (sad for me cause i sprayed my pans before making the batter). i forgot the oil (oops) and added a touch of molasses. we'll see how it ends up.

oh my goodness! this bread is my new favorite food! i used canola oil in place of margarine and another 3/4 a cup of pumpkin for the egg replacer, it didnt rise much, but the taste totally makes up for it! ( i ate half of a loaf on the day i made it) ;D
