Pumpkin Smoothie

What you need: 

1/2 can (8 ounces) pumpkin
3/4 cup nondairy milk or vanilla soy yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons brown sugar
4 ice cubes

What you do: 

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve in small glasses with a shot of vegan whip cream and a dash of cinnamon on top.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I have sweet potato & pumpkin. I like swapping them out w/this recipe. Both are really DE-LISH..

I used frozen banana instead of the ice cubes and added some vanilla extract for more sweetness.  It was OK- very thick and filling.

I was kinda sad when i found this recipe because my blender broke....but...i still wanted to try this so i poured all the ingredients into a bowl (chilled) and whisked the heck outta it with a whisk and it was really yummy. :D
