Purple Power Coconut Water Drink RAW

What you need: 

fresh coconut water from one young Thai coconut
handful blueberries
handful black cherries
handful blackberries
2 pieces fresh Pineapple (optional)

What you do: 

1) Place all ingredients into a blender and blend. The pineapple gives an extra boost of sweetness, however this is a rich and refreshing drink without it.
Read up on coconut water, it's AMAZING!! This is my new favorite drink for after a run or bike ride!! You can play around with the fruit, but the berry one is antioxidant packed!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

:o  This was amazing!  I used what I had, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries, and I added ice to make it more slushie-like because I was craving a slushie  ;D  I kept having to steal it back from my 6 year old niece until we went back to the store to get another coconut and make more.  we are currently waiting for batch#2 to freeze into Purple Power Popsicles!

delicious!

i cut back on some of the fruit combos tho and kept it simple:

coconut water
blackberries
blueberries

i found it sweet enough with just this...and a drink this classy caqn onlyl be consumed from a wine glass :-*
