Quick and Filling "Steak" Stir Fry

What you need:

1 package Morningstar Meal Starters Steak Strips
4-5 Red "B" Potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 cups (about 2/3 bag) frozen Westpac Asparagus Stir Fry veggies (asparagus, carrots,
green beans, cauliflower, yellow squash, celery, onions)
Sliced water chestnuts as desired
Cracked black pepper to taste
Brown or Basmati Rice
Vegetable Oil as needed

What you do:

Prepare rice in a rice cooker or by boiling.
In a wok or large frying pan, heat a small amount of vegetable oil (enough to cover the bottom of the wok or pan). Do the same in a smaller frying pan.
To the wok or large pan, add frozen vegetables first, then add potatoes and water chestnuts. Add mushrooms; mix. Add cracked black pepper as desired (the steak strips are already seasoned, so only a small amount is needed).
In the smaller pan, cook the steak strips. You may also add garlic or sauce if you wish, but this stir fry tastes great without it!
After steak strips are almost completely cooked, add the steak and rice into the wok and mix everything together, and cook for a minute or two.
