Quinoa Salad

What you need: 

1-2 cups cooked quinoa, warm or cold
1/2 - 1 avocado
1-2 fresh Roma tomatoes
All Optional to taste:
sea salt
Braggs Liquid Aminos
Udo's or other healthy oil
lemon juice
scallions
turmeric or curry powder
fresh basil

What you do: 

Start with cooked quinoa. Add chopped avocado and Roma tomatoes and any seasonings to taste.
This is super healthy and can be eaten at any meal. This provides tons of energy! A variation of it is in the book The pH Miracle as "Zippy Breakfast".

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This tastes great with some bell peppers and tomato sauce added.

I love this as breakfast I do mine more plain though with just the quinoa, tomatoes, avocados, braggs,  olive oil, lemon and I also add cucumbers.  Yumm and very filling
