Ranch Cheese Ball

What you need: 

8 ounces vegan cream cheese (I use Tofutti Cream Cheese)
1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese, shredded (I use Daiya Cheddar Shreds)
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup nuts, chopped (I use walnuts, almonds, pecans)

What you do: 

1. Mix all ingredients (except nuts) together thoroughly in a bowl.
2. Once you have mixed everything together, form the mixture into a ball. Pour nuts on a plate or flat surface, roll your ball through the nuts until your ball is completely covered.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hour before serving.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

So just like everyone else I couldn't wait the two hours. I also made the fatal mistake of tasting it even before it was completely a ball! My boyfriend (a non-vegan) tried it and we mixed almonds in and ate it right out of the bowl with crackers. YUM!

I must say, I was really weary of this because I'm not that much of a fan of tofutti cream cheese (It's the weird after taste... and the fact that it's processed...), but this was AMAZING.

This turned out so good!  I couldn't wait for the two hours in the fridge so ended up eating it a few minutes after I made it.  Good with chips and crackers.  And it was a piece of cake to make!
