Random Fajita Thingy

What you need: 

1 cup rice
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
olive oil, as needed
1/2 pound firm tofu, cubed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
3 tablespoons hot sauce
3 tablespoons salsa
2 burrito size tortillas

What you do: 

1. Cook rice according to package directions. Pan fry broccoli and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
2. Add tofu and soy sauce to pan and fry for about 5 more minutes (or until broccoli is almost done.)
3. Add kidney beans, hot sauce, and salsa and fry until heated through. Serve fajita mix in burrito wrap over rice.
