Raspberry and Avo Smoothie!

What you need:

1 banana, frozen
1/2 avocado
1 cup fresh raspberries (frozen is okay too)
2 tablespoons vanilla soy yogurt
about 1/2 cup vanilla or plain soy milk
1 cup vanilla soy protein
1 tablespoon agave nectar
splash of orange juice
1 to 2 ice cubes, optional (especially if you use mostly fresh instead of frozen ingredients)

What you do:

1) Pretty simple: Throw everything together in the blender! I usually just pour in a little bit of soy milk at a time until I get the desired consistency. I like my smoothies THICK, and sometimes 1/2 cup of soy milk is a little too much, so use your own judgment. These are all very rough measurements, too. I usually just throw in what I feel like and see how it comes out, so experiment a little, it's pretty hard to mess up a smoothie. =)
It's thick, delicious, a beautiful raspberry red, and gives you a nice big helping of omega-3s from the avo. Yum!
