Raw Avocado Dip

What you need: 

1 avocado
2 tablespoons raw tahini
1 cup raw cashews
1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
pepper, to taste
1/2 cup onion or red pepper, optional

What you do: 

In a bowl, mix avocado and tahini. Put cashews in a food processor until very small. Add cashews and all ingredients to the bowl, mix until creamy. Other nuts could be used, maybe some herbs... this is a basic recipe you can build on. Serve with carrot or celery sticks.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

chips.. what type? only had it with vegies. used to eat it on rice cakes :) yum i used to use less than 1/2 cup of cashews too
